Which direction is beneficial?

Some buyers might be not be sure about which direction would be beneficial for them. Yes, North is very beneficial for all natives. But other directions are also beneficial for natives. To determine those directions, I need the following:

1. All residents name, date, time, and places of birth.
   
2. Any direction previously recommended by any astrologer.

North Facing Houses?

If the prospective house is North facing, all I need is the layout of the house.

1. If the house is a newly built, builders would be kind enough to share a layout of the house.
   
2. If it is a preowned home, most of the times, the layout of the house can be obtained from Realtor websites.
   
3. If pictures were badly taken, then a rough sketch of the house might be helpful.
   
4. I would also like the prospective owners to verify the history of the house to ensure that each resident did not turn around and sell the house every 3 or 4 years.

House Facing Other Directions?

If the house is facing any other direction, I need the following:

1. I need to check each of the residents’ horoscopes to be sure that the direction of the house is favorable to you.
   
2. I would also like to repeat the steps I would do for a N facing house.
